When you agree or use any of the platforms you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We may periodically change the terms and conditions without notice and you are responsible for checking these terms periodically for revisions. All amended terms become effective upon our posting to the Site, and any use of the Site after such revisions have been posted signifies your consent to the changes.

By placing a bid through BIDDING2WIN you are going to making a legal contract with the company.

The Participants, who all are sharing their personal details with us, will be only used for providing services to the users.

Participants must be registered with a unique Mobile number and E-mail id.

After registration, OTP (one time password) requires once for the first time login on BIDDING2WIN for mobile number validation.

Participants' account details will be updated within 7 working days. (Excluding Sundays and national holidays).BIDDING2WIN reserve the right to auctions close early and extend also at any time.

BIDDING2WIN, its registered office at Hotel Pride 24, Opposite New Bus Stand, Pipli Road, and DD Colony, Kurukshetra, Haryana-136118(INDIA). The winning bidders will have their winning items delivered by the company to their registered address.

We are not taking a guarantee for the condition of any item.

We are not responsible for the authenticity and genuineness of the item.

There will be no warranty for the item with any defect, error, damage.

All measurements of the items are approximate.

Item’s color may not be the same as shown.

It will be the participant’s responsibility to believe in the photos and given information, it all will be participant’s judgment for bidding an item, we will not be accountable in any way.

You can instantly place a bid on any desired product right after registration on our website.

The owner of the BIDDING2WIN, employees reserves the right to bid on any items in the auction.

BIDDING2WIN reserves the right to withdraw any item from the site and to amend any content on the site at any time.

BIDDING2WIN will not be accountable to you and any third party if we withdraw an item from the site.

Whenever bidding is done on any item by the participants, then the details of the bidder are also shown to the participants below the product.

As soon you start a bid on an item, you will get intimation on the same page by a green icon for successfully bidding.

And along with that below the item will show your name like other names.

20% discount is given on every purchase when participants add bid points.

To add bid points, click on Pay Now can use Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and more with that participants can also use Net Banking, Wallet, UPI / QR code, or Pay later.

Participants can also earn bid points by completing the daily tasks given on the site.

Participants found to be doing with inappropriate activity or any illegal activity, then BIDDING2WIN will terminate his/her account and also take strict action against such user. All the points will be forfeited from the participants account and shall not be credited in his/her account.

When you refer a friend and invite them to sign up with BIDDING2WIN , You earn 10 Bid Points on each refer. You can instantly buy Bid Points by online payment method or you can earn bid points by referral a link.

The Winner is announced just after the bidding is closed. All auctions won items will be delivered to the winner’s registered address within 7 working it will be excluding Sundays and National Holidays.

BIDDING2WIN does not take guarantee for uninterrupted and error-free services by our site.

Participants accept that auction is conducted electronically basis. In the concern with any malfunction on the site, BIDDING2WIN can temporarily suspend any of the biddings.

This is an auction that will be the highest bid that exceeds any reserve.

In the case that we found equal bids, the earliest bid received will be the winning bid.

The Winner is announced just after the bidding is closed.

We will notify the winning bidder via phone call on registered mobile number or email on registered Email-ID that they have won. Apart from this, the participants can also see their names in the winners list on the website BIDDING2WIN
